Murtila Association was founded in 2017. with the aim of promoting, developing and improving the excellence of social, creative and cultural activities, networking all relevant factors, with an emphasis on working with young people. The field of activity is culture and art (cultural heritage, agritourism, ecotourism, performing arts, visual arts and interdisciplinary cultural activities, promotion of local identity, development of civil society and local community, international cooperation, environmental and nature protection and sustainable rural development.
Murtila Association was founded by an experienced team of primarily cultural and educational workers, who as a team created, coordinated and implemented projects relevant to the theme and goals of the Association. The members of the association have many years of experience in cultural centers and non-governmental organizations, in working with young people and experience in the preparation and implementation of projects funded by the European Union.
